Ugeeta Pala founder of Ugeeta Pala & Associates saw a vision to serve her community not only with legal services but to enable clients and society at large to be able to engage in affordable legal services. Her passion for justice led to the firm being established on the 1st of November 2012 with an appetite for alternate dispute resolution techniques rather than just litigation.

UPA has reached clients through out Northern KwaZulu-Natal and has brought great service delivery in the area of Road Accident Fund work.

UPA is a growing firm which focuses on people solving rather than problem solving. Problems can’t sort themselves out without people and people cause the problems either directly or indirectly. On that basis , people are the solutions for their own problems.

Our mission is to establish relationships and human relationship building with clients whom use us for a variety of other matters. We do not seek to please clients only on a financial basis but simply on serving our clients with the most unbiased, honest advice.
